General Information
Transportation: We provide all transportation during the workshop. We also provide pick-up and drop-off at the specified airport or train station on the day of arrival/departure. Pick-up is generally at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival and departure is at 10:00 AM on the last day of the tour.
Lodging: Rooms are double occupancy.
Reservations:
You can make a reservation for a workshop by calling or by sending an Email to annie@annieolson.com. Include the following information: Name, # in party, address, phone #, Email address, and the selected workshop.

Every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this web site and in our written promotional materials.
All workshops are conducted in English. However, English may not be spoken at many of the establishments we visit. It is our view that communication is always easy and friendly, and this only adds to the charm of the experience.
We do not assume responsibility for theft of personal effects nor insurance against injury or loss during the tour. We also reserve the right to cancel any Workshop due to lack of participation or events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be made. However, we will not assume liability for costs such as cancellation of airline tickets or pre-paid hotel reservations. Travel Insurance is recommended.

Airfare and/or other transportation to and from the workshop location.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my flight does not arrive at the airport before the scheduled transfer to the workshop location?
Only one transfer is scheduled to transfer workshop members to their hotel. If your flight does not arrive in time for their transfer, it is your responsibility to join the group. We recommend that you arrive a day early or ask for a quote for a private transfer. If your flight is delayed you will be required to make arrangements to meet the group at your own expense.
Do I bring my own materials?
Yes, a list of artist's recommended materials will be sent prior to the workshops commencing. Arrangements can be made with us if you prefer we supply your materials. A limited supply of watercolor paper will be available for purchase at the workshop.
